Anton and Simen teamed up to win The Barista League Barcelona 2024, combining their talents and passion for coffee. Now, they’re sharing their expertise with you—demonstrating how to control variables like grind size, water temperature, and brew time to elevate your hand-brewing game.
About Anton & Simen:
Anton has been a staple of Oslo’s coffee community for over a decade. As the owner of Papegøye KaffeBar since 2019, he’s passionate about great coffee and the connections it creates.
Simen’s coffee journey has taken him from competing to roasting. After winning the Norwegian Brewers Cup in 2022 and competing in the World Brewers Cup final, he founded Dyade Coffee, a micro-roastery in Montpellier, France.
With their shared expertise and love for specialty coffee, Anton and Simen are here to show you how simple techniques can make a big difference. Whether you’re new to hand brewing or looking to refine your skills, this is a session you won’t want to miss!
