When can I enter the festival?
To help manage audience flow, there are two entry sessions each day. Your ticket will clearly state your entry session. Please plan to arrive during your allocated session, as late entry cannot be guaranteed.

Saturday

• 10:00 – 14:00

• 14:00 – 18:00

Sunday

• 10:00 – 13:00

• 13:00 – 16:00

Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
Yes! You may leave and re-enter the festival as long as it is within your ticketed entry session.

When are the busiest times?
The festival is typically busiest from opening through lunchtime on Saturday, and around lunchtime on Sunday.

If you’re visiting with children, you may want to keep these peak times in mind when choosing your tickets, as visiting outside the busiest periods may make for a more comfortable experience.

Absolutely! There’s more to life than coffee (right?). Take a caffeine break and head to the Food Court, where you’ll find amazing Street Food as well as some seriously good bakers, breweries and wine producers.

Food Court: Open from 11:00 both days.

Yes! We have a dedicated kids corner located in the food court where children can play under parent supervision. While the kids play, parents can grab something to eat, relax, or even watch a talk happening on the main stage nearby.

Yes! Exhibitors are encouraged to offer free coffee samples, so come prepared to drink a lot of coffee.

Can I take coffee home from the event?

Oh yes! The roasters are encouraged to bring lots of tasty coffee for you to buy and take home. This is a great way to get access to our visiting roaster’s coffee without paying those shipping and import taxes.

In line with our commitment to being a single-use-free event, paper cups are not permitted at the festival. We encourage everyone to bring their own reusable cup. Free drinking water and rinsing will be available onsite.

Forgot your cup or unable to bring one? No problem! We have ceramic cups available to borrow during the festival. Simply return your cup before you leave so it can be washed and reused.

Please note that this is cash-free event. We only accept card and contactless payments, including debit/credit cards and mobile payment options.

Is the Barista School coming back?
Yes! The Barista School is back and offers 30-minute workshops led by professional baristas, covering practical coffee skills and techniques.

When can I book a workshop?
Bookings open in November via our ticket platform. Pre-booking is required.

Do I need a festival ticket?
Yes. Barista School bookings do not include festival entry, so you’ll need a valid festival ticket as well.

Please make sure your workshop is booked within the same entry time slot as your festival ticket.

What language are the workshops in?
All Barista School workshops are held in English.

BAGS:
There are currently no restrictions on bags, but we reserve the right to check all bags before entry.

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that bags exceeding 45cm x 35cm x 20cm (including gym bags, duffel bags, and large handbags) be stored in the wardrobe. Rucksacks and tote bags are permitted.

Prams and strollers are welcome inside the venue; however, please be aware that it can become crowded at times and space to move around may be limited. There will also be some cable tracks around the venue.

SAFETY
Security and Medical personnel will be present throughout the event to assist with any concerns or emergencies that may arise. Please don't hesitate to approach them if you require assistance during your time at the festival.

First aid Kit and Defibrillator will be located at the Festival Service desk.

Wardrobe is available for a small fee.

We’re working with EasyJacket, a fully digital wardrobe system - no more paper tickets!
Simply scan the QR code when you arrive, pay on the spot, and your wardrobe ticket will be stored safely on your phone. That means no paper slip to keep track of or lose.

Please note: The venue or festival organiser cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to stored items. We advise guests to keep their valuables on their person.

Bag policy: Bags exceeding 45 × 35 × 20 cm must be stored in the wardrobe. A wardrobe is also available for coats and smaller personal items for a small fee.

Toilets
Toilets are available just outside the venue, including an accessible toilet.

Have a question during the festival? The Festival Service Desk is your go-to point for information about opening hours, exhibitors, the floor plan and anything else you need help with. Located between the Barista School and Publics Choice.

The Service Desk is also the base for our medical team and is where you’ll find the first aid kit and defibrillator.

Lost child?
If a child is separated from their parent or guardian, they will be brought to the Festival Service Desk and kept safely there until they are reunited.

Lost property?
Visit the Festival Service Desk and we’ll help you with lost property. You can also contact us after the event at support@nordiccoffeefest.com.

Photographers and videographers will be present throughout the festival. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of the event team or the photographer know.

Festival photos will be available to the public after the event.

We would love to have your furry friends join us at the festival, but for their safety pets are not permitted inside the venue. Service and guide dogs are welcome.
