ACCESSIBILITY

The main festival floor is all on ground level, with ramps provided where needed to access different areas.

We aim to keep pathways wide and clear throughout the venue to make it easier to move around.

Please note that some areas may become crowded during peak hours.

Cable tracks will be present across some floors. These will be safely secured and managed throughout the festival, but please take extra care when moving around the venue.

The Food Court is located on a raised level and can be accessed by both stairs and a ramp.

Drinks & baked goods
Drinks and baked goods can be purchased directly from the vendors at their bars.

Street food
To order street food:

1. Purchase a food ticket at the ticket counter.

2. Check the menu and decide what you’d like to order.

3. Take your ticket to the food hatch and let the team know which food items you’d like.

4. Your food will be prepared and handed to you from the hatch.

Please note: The Main Stage and Kids Corner are also located in the Food Court, so this area can be quite busy and noisy at times.

Festival benches will be provided around the Main stage and Food Court, offering flexible seating options for ease of movement.

Seating is available at the stages and in the Food Court, where you can take a break and rest during the festival.

Please note that seating may be limited during busy periods.

Accessible toilets will be available on-site.

If you’re attending the festival with a companion (ledsagare), please contact the organisers at support@nordiccoffeefest.com and we’ll arrange a free Companion Ticket.

The venue will feature ambient mood lighting, including festoon lights and spotlights, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Please be aware that the festival can be busy and lively, particularly during peak hours. Saturday is typically busiest from opening through lunchtime, while Sunday tends to be busiest around lunchtime.

Some areas may become more crowded and noisy during these times. If you prefer a quieter and less crowded experience, we recommend visiting outside these peak periods where possible.

If you experience sound sensitivity, we recommend bringing earplugs or other hearing protection. There will be some music playing throughout the festival, as well as talks and presentations on the stages.

Please also be aware that the festival can become busier and noisier during peak hours, particularly Saturday from opening through lunchtime and around lunchtime on Sunday.
