Filtered water can be found at the festival water station next to the cupping space.
Water Quality
The water provided is Gothenburg tap water filtered by a BWT BestMax cartridge, giving us the following water profile:
Hardness: 1.9 °dH
Alkalinity (Buffering Capacity): 44 mg/L HCO₃
TDS: ~110 ppm
pH: 7.3
Sulfate: 25 mg/L
Calcium: 10 mg/L
Magnesium: 2.2 mg/L
Sodium: 19 mg/LWaste Water: Must be disposed of at the designated stations. You can dump waste water at:
Behind the Water Station (enter on the left hand side) at the allocated exhibitor sinks.
The Recycling area (located outside)
IMPORTANT: Waste water must not be mixed with any rubbish. Only liquid waste may be poured into the drainage points.

Water Containers (Jerricans)
If you do not bring your own, we have a limited number of water containers available for rent.
Cost: 50 SEK per container.
Availability: First-come, first-served.
Pre-orderered cans:
Upon arrival, please collect your rented containers and complete payment at the Festival Service Desk.
We will also have a limited amount of coffee waste and waste water buckets to lend.
Any additional attachments, equipment, or supplies (including pumps, hoses, or water tanks) must be provided by the exhibitor, as we are unable to supply these.

Booked Goods Handling Services
Albin will manage your pallets once you’ve finished setting up your booth. After the festival closes on Sunday at 16:00, he will return your goods to you as quickly as possible.
Need Onward Shipment Handling and have not booked yet?
Send a text message ”Goods Handling” and your company name to exhibitor manager Albin +4670-1502830, who come find you at your booth to make the arrangements.

This is a cash-free event and we highly recommend being able to take card payments.
Please note: Swish is great but it will not allow you to sell to international attendees.
(The average spend per attendee is approximately 30 Euros.)If you have pre-ordered an iZettle card machine with us, you can collect it from the Festival Service Desk.
We recommend that you collect and set up the device on Friday to test the connection and complete installation. You can then return it to us and pick it up again on Saturday morning to ensure it is fully charged for the day.
If you need the machine charged during the event (Saturday–Sunday), please return it to the Festival Service Desk at the end of Saturday, and we will charge it for you overnight.
Please note:
All card machines must be signed in and signed out when collected and returned.
You must bring your own tablet or smartphone to run the Zettle app during the event.
At least two weeks before the event, you will be required to send us a detailed inventory list, provided by us, of all items you will sell, including pricing in SEK.
We will program the Zettle so it’s ready to use upon arrival.

Exhibitor Parking Instructions
Free parking is available at the end of the pier. Please note the following guidelines:
Parking Location: Only park at the back end of the pier. Do not park in front of the gates or along the sides of the venue - vehicles parked there may be towed.
Friday install: When you arrive, please check in with our parking staff on the far end of the building.
Safety Notice: To access the festival area, you will need to cross the bicycle lane. Please drive slowly and carefully.
Access Hours: The festival gates are locked at night. There will be no access during these times.

Exhibitor Parking Instructions
Free parking is available at the end of the pier with the following restrictions:
Friday (09:00–20:00): You may enter and exit freely.
Friday 20:00 – Sunday 16:30: No vehicle access will be allowed. If you park at the pier, your car must remain there until Sunday at 16:30.
This is for safety reasons, as the walkway and road overlap, meaning vehicles cannot move while attendees are walking in the area.Sunday after 16:30: You may retrieve your vehicle.
No parking allowed at the front of the venue or outside the front gates.
No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.
Paid parking is available in the surrounding area.

All personnel are required to sign in on the 'personalliggare' at the start of each shift and sign out at the end of each shift. This practice ensures compliance with Swedish regulations and helps maintain accurate records of working hours.
Each staff member is responsible for ensuring this is completed daily.

If you’ve worked with us before and still have your crew T-shirt, please bring and wear it.
If not, you’ll be given one at the event.
Comfortable shoes
You’ll likely be on your feet a lot.Warm clothes
The venue can sometimes get cold, so we recommend bringing a long-sleeve top to wear underneath your crew T-shirt if needed.
If you’re working during install days – bring a jacket or fleece.Water bottle
Staying hydrated is important - especially during busy shifts.

You do not need to buy a ticket.
We’ll provide you with an access pass to the festival as part of your volunteer role.Want to invite friends and family?

Your manager will make sure you get food either between or after your shifts.
If you’re scheduled for a AM shift, you will eat after your shift.
If you’re scheduled for a PM shift, you will eat before your shift.
If you’re scheduled for both a morning and afternoon shift, you’ll have lunch in between shifts.
Volunteers receive one meal per day.
You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, but we’ll also have some available in the kitchen.
All meals will be catered and vegetarian. If you prefer not to eat the provided meal, you are welcome to purchase food from the street food market at your own expense.
Important note:
Due to alcohol licensing rules, you may not drink alcohol in the Food Court while wearing your crew T-shirt - even if you’ve finished a shift and are free for the afternoon.
