About Elin:
Elin is a passionate coffee roaster and barista with a deep love for specialty coffee. Her journey began at a coffee chain, where she worked as a barista, but it was at a small coffee bar in Växjö that she truly discovered the rich world of specialty coffee and its vibrant community.

In 2023, Elin made history by becoming the first woman to win the Swedish AeroPress Championship—an incredible achievement, especially as it was her debut competition! In 2024, she also secured 2nd place in the Swedish Cup Tasters Championship. We are thrilled to welcome her to the main stage, where she will share her expert tips on crafting the perfect AeroPress brew.
