Levi started in coffee as a barista in 2003, his career is now 21 years long (coincidentally, the legal drinking age where he's from). This "Barista meets bartender" session is inspired by his own timeline working with both coffee and cocktails, creating them to stand alone or to compliment a fine dining entree. A former volunteer and judge in many coffee and cocktail competitions, a food writer, and a solo owner of both a bar and an event space concept, Levi brings a perspective shaped by many sleepless nights drinking with professionals around the world, ultra-clopen shifts that last longer than 24-hours, and a continual thirst to try new things.
